Mr. Goldsmith has served as a director of the Company since July 1999. He is the former Mayor of Indianapolis and Deputy Mayor of Operations for New York City. Mr. Goldsmith is the Daniel Paul Professor of Government at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government (on leave). He serves as a Senior Strategic Advisor to the law firm of Baker and McKenzie and to Loop Capital Financial Services. From 2001 to 2005, he served as Senior Vice President of ACS State and Local Solutions. He has served as a Director of several corporations including U.S. Infrastructure Corporation, a leading provider of utility infrastructure locating services, The Steak n Shake Company, a national restaurant chain, and Net2Phone, Inc., an Internet communications company. Mr. Goldsmith has particular expertise in utilizing technology and data to drive innovation with additional experience in public affairs and government relations. He also has extensive experience in corporate governance, operational leadership and advising on matters relating to structured finance. This background and experience enables Mr. Goldsmith to provide valuable guidance to the Board, especially with respect to strategic planning and assessment of trends in public policy issues relevant to the Company’s business.
